Miroslaw (Mirek) Dysinski
Director
After many years working for one of the UK’s leading road marking companies, Mirek decided to take the next step and invest in his own lorry, founding his own business. Starting with contracts in the Cambridgeshire area, he steadily grew his reputation for quality, reliability, and professionalism, which allowed the company to expand into surrounding regions.
Mirek holds an NVQ Level 3 in Permanent Pavement Markings and has also served as an assessor for others completing their NVQs, sharing his knowledge and expertise across the industry. Over the years, he has personally trained both Christian and Adam, ensuring they achieved the same high standards and attention to detail that define the company’s work.
In 2020, Mirek made the decision to step back from day-to-day operations, handing the reins to Christian and Adam. He continues to take great pride in watching the business grow and evolve under their leadership, maintaining the strong foundations and values he built from the start.
Christian Dysinski
Director
I have been working on the roads since the age of 18, though my passion for the industry began much earlier while helping my dad, Miroslaw (Mirek) Dysinski, on smaller projects. With a Level 2 NVQ in Permanent Pavement Markings and a Blue CSCS Card, I bring both experience and professional expertise to every job.
Known for my attention to detail and creative approach, I do enjoy putting my artistic skills to the test — especially when tackling bespoke or one-off customer requests.
Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family, whether it’s a day out exploring Cambridge, a fun-filled trip to Southend’s pleasure beach, or enjoying my newest passion — taking long, relaxing rides on my motorbike.
Adam Stewart
Road Marking Operative
With over 18 years of experience in the road marking industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and dedication to every project I undertake. I hold an NVQ in Permanent Pavement Markings, along with a Blue CSCS Card and a First Aid Certificate, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and to the highest professional standards.
Before starting my career in road marking, I spent two years working as a mechanic, where I developed a strong practical understanding of machinery and attention to detail—skills that have served me well throughout my career.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad who enjoys spending time with my kids, whether that’s supporting them at their activities or heading away together in our caravan for a bit of fishing and family time. I’m also an assistant coach at Braintree Rugby Club, where I volunteer my time to help support and develop young players in the community.
